@fox12oregon: Video shows the moment a man kicked out the window of a patrol vehicle and escaped while handcuffed in Houston County, Texas. Authorities say he was originally arrested on a warrant for assault of a public servant/judge. Officials say that after the suspect got out of the window, a deputy used a Taser on him, and he was put in another vehicle to be taken to jail.
