@pinkfinkvintage: I was just violently terminated by Dos Santos HOA in Santa Fe NM. They do not have HR of any kind so their board members run rampant doing whatever they want. The woman filming me is a newly appointed board member, who was only appointed so that they could fire me and my coworker. I reported harassment from a homeowner that said “that little girl needs to learn some manners” or something similar about me to my male coworkers, and instead of the board protecting me, they fired me. The woman that’s almost falling down in the video is the board president, and she violently ripped my mouse and my keyboard out of my hands after coming around my desk. She told me that she basically didn’t like me for a while, and she was just plotting to fire me and now that my coworkers gone, she did just that.
