I grew up always wanting to cut my hair short and dye it and they wouldn't let me until I turned 18 or even when I lived in their house but now im 23 and I have never felt more free and like myself getting my hair dyed and cut short every 4 months ❤️I always knew who I wanted to be, but being held back just meant I'm just now meeting myself.

As a man who’s always had short/buzzed hair it’s FREEING. I tried to grow my hair out once and I applaud women. That shit is hot, itchy and uncomfortable. She’s got a good momma for sure 🫶🏻

I remember being 12 and asking to cut my hair short. My parents told me off for it. As soon as I moved out I went short. Now every time I call them I get told at least once it needs to be grown back out.
