interesting how we pick and choose which juveniles we choose to allow to be treated as adults. with that said we need to amend some of these punishments because a person at that age is not the same person at age 30 and at 50 your not the same as 30 . your maturity is different. your thinking is different. your understanding is different. im not saying he should be punished until 18 or 21 ...
