my 18 xlt with the 3.3 is at 170k and I've only had to replace the front wheel bearings so far. Great truck

I had a 2012 F150 Lariat, replaced the turbo about 150K, cam phaser got my 3.5 at just over 200K. Was going to replace the engine, but traditionally a new motor kills the transmission.

Nobody cares about miles. How about an F-150 that’s 30 years old with 85,000 miles on it. Nobody talks about that do they.?????? That is still running strong.!!!

My 2002 F150 four-wheel-drive super crew lariat. 5.4 L, original engine, transmission and rear end zero leaks never been touched a stop on my alternator one prothetic oil and a Motorcraft oil filter zero leaks zero issues. She has 300,000 miles I trust her for another 300,000 miles.
