hate to break it to you but whatever will grow is not that particular avocado you ate, its a mixed genetics due to cross pollination, if you want to get the exact avocado you ate is by propagating either by grafting or air layering

Avocados don't grow true to seed.If you plant a seed from an avocado you liked,you'll get a different avocado from the parent seed. The only way have the exact avocado is through grafting.Taking the Scion of the said avocado.

Avocado doesn't grow true to seed. You can only graft from the mother tree.

If that particular avocado was grafted, you won't get the same avocado after planting the seed. You must look for the mother tree and graft again for you to get that particular avocado again

uuuhm so not to be that guy but, seeds get to differ kidogo from the mother plant. Cuttings however are exact copies
