If a citizen has done something lightly wrong, and the officer got him handcuffed, that person is not his child and they have in words because something went wrong or incorrect he has a right to know what was done wrong, not to be slam smacked hit while handcuffed to try to get control. The way he landed on that ground after hitting that cabinet he could’ve broke his neck this is unfair treatment on a detainee.
