I know you didn't ask, but in case it's at all helpful, these would be my top suggestions for you: - Aegles supplements - Azelaic acid - Slightly less dairy, if possible. It can negatively contribute to the chain reaction happening within the skin, causing hormonal acne. - Check supplements for lots of added B12 and biotin as a high amount daily can worsen acne, and it's in so many supplements - Protein powder, protein yogurts, sleep gummies, collagen gummies, you name it A few people are suggesting spironolactone, but I don't think you'd love it because it blocks androgens, which can impact your sports and energy over time. Spearmint capsules are an interesting option to explore because they are also anti-androgenic, but they can mess with your period because they also block androgens like spironolactone, but to a lesser extent. ❤️❤️

Only use the medicube pads twice a week they are too exfoliating and will remove your skin barrier causing it to break out , La Roche posay ciclaplast will help repair your skin barrier x

Simplify your routine. Stop the acids/actives and go back to basics. Finacea (Azelaic acid) twice a day with sunscreen in the morning and a gentle moisturiser at night (Cerave). After starting azelaic acid I haven’t had a spot since.. also years ago went on accutane a

The Red medicube pore pads ruined my skin!! At first it seemed like it was working so well but then all of a sudden I just got loads of breakouts. I’ve heard your not meant to use them every day! So that might be why however, I refuse to use them ever again!

Girly same. Hormonal acne for about 4 years. I’ve used the Aegles for 3 months and hate to say they didn’t do a THING. Been on spironolactone for 7 months but still get spots. Might try accurate because your girl is getting desperate

You need to take Spirinolactone orally. Then topically use Skinoren in the day and Adapalene at night.
