I have this in BOTH HANDS. My middle finger on right hand has now locked straight while the rest lock in bent position. as a barber, this is so frustrating and is now painful at all times. steroid injections work brilliantly but wear off quickly and with a 7 year wait for UK NHS surgery, private operation is on the cards for me
