@my.mini.bakes: AD | Small swaps can make a big difference Look out for Sainsbury’s Healthy Choice labels. I’m using prawns, protein noodles and Healthy Choice stir-fry vegetables, combined with Inspired to Cook pre-diced onions and sliced peppers. To cook, add a little oil, a little of the sauce then soften the onions with the prawns. Add the peppers, oriental stir-fry vegetables and remaining soy, ginger and garlic sauce. Mix in the noodles and cook until warmed through. You can add any extra fresh veg you have to really bulk it out, plus fresh chilli, dried chilli flakes or black pepper for a little spice. Quick, easy and all made in one pan. Little on time, big on flavour—a healthier choice with Sainsbury’s. #Sainsburys #SmallWonders #MiniatureCooking
