In my opinion. The only way to get these builders to be held accountable is to first hold all of these City & County inspectors accountable. They are the ones allowing these unacceptable buildings practices to go through to completion.

I’ve been seeing so many posts about class action lawsuits already against this builder. Next thing you know, they’ll just file bankruptcy and never pay out a dime to anyone.

We moved out of our Lennar house because the hill we lived on wasn’t shored up properly and our house started inching towards it. The front patio started to pull away from the house, and cracks started to show up the front walls. No thanks.

I used to be a CM with Lennar (absolutely hated working there) two things that you need to make sure you ask for your Concrete pour/mix report and second you need to ask for the Arcxis inspection. I battled with Lennar trying to get warranty, covered for homeowners grading was the worst thing that came about with it.
