@c5news: Former Three Lions footballer Raheem Sterling has admitted driving dangerously, possessing six cans of nitrous oxide cannisters for inhalation and failing to provide a specimen for analysis. The 31-year-old pleaded guilty on Tuesday over the incident that saw him crash his Lamborghini Urus into a metal gate. Sterling, from Berkshire, was arrested after crashing near the M3 in Hampshire on the morning of 28 May. At Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court, the footballer, who has 82 England caps, admitted driving his luxury vehicle dangerously on the M25, M3, A327 and Minley Road before the crash. Footage shared by the police shows a black £270,000 Lamborghini veering across lanes on the busy motorway and witnesses described seeing the driver inhaling from a white balloon while driving. Police also released footage of the athlete’s arrest which shows how he moved into the passenger seat after the crash but then admitted he was driving. Sterling most recently played for Feyenoord in the Dutch Eredivisie, having left Chelsea in January. Sterling will appear in court on 25 November and has been disqualified from driving in the interim. #5news #raheemsterling #football
