I do have it, even when I'm not nervous, I sweat a LOT on my feet and and hands. I always bring a tissue paper or a napkin to examination hall and im allowed because of this problem or my paper starts tearing up. at my class presentation, I was doing compering and I could see my own sweat on the floor :(

when I'd start sweating alot I would not let my friends hold my hands,I have a friend she would still hold my hands no matter how much I sweat even when I say I'm gross she would literally grab ahold of my sweaty hand saying its ok😭

May I suggest Botox? My dad’s a dermatologist and he injected Botox into the hands of someone who had hyperhidrosis and it helped.
