I realized why people doesn't like to work like the old people. The old school loyalty=benefits in company were totally wiped out nowadays by most companies and millennial were the one in those year when it transition. Yet the govt still gives billionaires companies govt funding, investment, incentives and tax exemption but the employees benefits, regularization, incentives, training and education were became optional or completely gone and taxes went up plus inflation. My grandparents didn't even have a degree but they bought a land to farm plus house full paid with 9 to 5 job. I have degree and still living a small studio apartment and then keep asking when I going to marry wtf😅
