One if my friends got her prenatal care from Planned Parenthood, another friend got abortion care from Planned Parenthood, I got diagnosed and treated for stage 4 cervical dysplasia at Planned Parenthood and they threw in some birth control. They do it all 💜💜💜

Yeah, I had to go through a waiting period and sign so much paperwork and at very single step, I was asked if this was my choice. At. Every. Single. Step. No one is coerced into getting healthcare!

They asked at EVERY step of the way, and had plenty of materials on all options. They made sure to ask me when I was on my own, several times, to make sure no one else was pressuring me. They genuinely made me feel so safe and seen in one of my scariest moments.

I don't know anywhere that you can just go 8n ,say"I want an abortion" and they just usher you in and perform a procedure. There's a LOT of discussion, making sure you understand the process, what will happen, what the result will be, what complications or possible other outcomes can happen, and A LOT of signing that you are not being coerced, that this is your personal choice on your own, that you understand all of the above and state that you clearly seek and consent to the procedure and medical care. A lawsuit like this is insane.

When I went to planned parenthood I was offered multiple options and they have adoption videos playing in the lobby and I met with a counselor.

This is why when. I am on my way to a rehearsal space. Block and a half away from the Planned parenthood in the Midway neighbourhood I honk, give them the finger, and yell at them even if I have to drive a few blocks out of my way.
