Mannnn listennnn, I saw your video a couple days ago. Now I’m hooked. I’m using a chunk of Aldi French bread, cottage cheese, sprinkle of Italian seasoning and balsamic vinegar & olive oil. Now I’ll have to try this version!

USA small curd cottage cheese is sooooo much better than Canadian cottage cheese which is large curd and too much liquid……wish we could get small curd here !!!!!

I did something similar, but instead of putting it on toast I mixed cottage cheese, blueberries and honey and ate it with graham crackers. called it my cheesecake snack.

For gluten free. I recommend wrapping the cottage cheese and blueberries in rice paper and dip in hot honey.
