Here’s what I do: 🔄 Pre-mix grass seed with pre-moistened soil before applying to bald or thin patches in the lawn. Why? ✅ It ensures better seed-to-soil contact ✅ Keeps the seed evenly moist (even if uncoated) ✅ Dramatically improves germination rates Fall’s cooler temps and consistent moisture make it the best time to repair your lawn. And by doing this now, your grass will have time to establish before winter leading to a thick, resilient lawn in spring. 🌿 I only use low-input lawn blends that include: * Tall fescue for drought and beetle resistance * Micro clover to naturally enrich the soil with nitrogen 💚 My garden is a Certified Wildlife Habitat, and I never use herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers…not even on the grass!
