@foxnews: The clock is ticking for a surrogate who refused to abort a baby diagnosed with a serious heart defect. McKenna West is asking the Supreme Court to step in by 1 p.m. ET Tuesday, warning the newborn could be moved out of Texas to California for hospice care while she remains shut out of his medical decisions. West refused the biological parents' request to terminate the pregnancy after the baby was diagnosed with hypoplastic left heart syndrome. She later traveled to Texas to give birth, where the newborn underwent the first of three anticipated open-heart surgeries. Now the fight over who gets a say in his care has reached the nation's highest court.
