I tried writing to them to ask, but I didn't get a reply; in my case, I had already paid for the entire collection, but they sent it back saying the charm was out of stock. I heard they are cancelling a lot of orders because many people exceeded the allowed limit. I even heard about a girl—who commented on a post by someone I was talking to—who not only bought a set herself but also had her boyfriend buy two for her; so, it’s because of behaviors like that that we didn't get the charm.

It appears that the bundle was linked to the separate listing of each item which is weird bc some things already sold out so there was no way of securing the “bundle”.
