90% of what is called " incompetance" is in fact the excuse given for a political puppet agreeing to do something against public interest, serving the Elites agenda, then , moves dept or gets a big bung for being a traitor...selling Britain off has become very lucrative...there is NO incopetance folks. That is the naive wanting to believe there are no Evil people ruining us, on purpose, by design.
