Lemon Garlic Butter Prawn Linguine. This is the meal i make when i have 20 minutes or less for dinner. It’s quick, easy and delicious.I used pre cooked prawns cuz thats what i had😅. Recipe 200g linguine or spaghetti 250g cooked king prawns, peeled and deveined 1 tbsp olive oil (15g) 1 tsp lemon pepper 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 45g butter 4–5 garlic cloves, finely minced ½ tsp chilli flakes 60ml pasta water Juice of ½–1 lemon 25–30g Parmesan, finely grated Small handful fresh parsley, chopped Method Season the cooked prawns with lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, all-purpose seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the prawns are evenly coated. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned prawns and fry for 2–3 minutes, tossing occasionally, until heated through and lightly golden. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 60ml of pasta water before draining. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the same frying pan. Add the garlic and chilli flakes and cook for about 30–60 seconds, until fragrant. Pour in the pasta water and lemon juice, stirring to combine and create a buttery sauce. Add the cooked pasta directly to the pan and toss well, allowing the sauce to coat the pasta. Add the Parmesan and chopped parsley and toss until glossy and well combined. Add a splash more pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce. Finally, add the seasoned prawns back into the pan and toss everything together until heated through. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan, parsley, chilli flakes, and a squeeze of fresh lemon. #DinnerIdeas #cooking #EasyRecipes #lemongarlicpasta #quickdinner
