However, one thing I've learned by sharing my journey is that someone needs your story, and by being vulnerable your story can help others & that's why I'll always be open with you guys even when I'm nervous or it's hard. At the end of the day we're our own worst critics, even me, but I am so grateful I'm not 485lbs, and for my health. I also know its normal to go on vacation and I need to be proud of myself that I showed up for all my workouts, still ate healthy 80% of the time, and just enjoyed my time making memories with @discoveringdanny without fear of a calorie or weight gain.
