@dollartreedinners: Crunchwrap Supreme at Home *Updated* Former Taco Bell employee here 🙋‍♀️ and it’s been a little over a year since my homemade Crunchwrap Supreme went mega viral, so it was time for an updated version with EVERYTHING you need in one place. 🌮 Beef: 1 lb lean ground beef + your favorite taco seasoning. Cover with water, break the beef up really fine, bring to a boil, then simmer until the liquid reduces. 🧀 Nacho cheese: Fritos is the closest I’ve found. I like mixing the mild + jalapeño together. 🌯 Tortilla: You need a BIG one, around 12 inches. Old El Paso Grande is still my favorite when I can find it. Then layer: Seasoned beef → nacho cheese → tostada → sour cream → shredded iceberg lettuce → diced Roma tomato. Fold the edges toward the center, overlapping as you go to create that classic hexagon. Sear folded-side down in a hot pan for 10–15 seconds to seal it, flip and toast the other side. And that’s it!
