These are the simple meals I eat to stay strong, energized and glowing at 56. ✨

💛 Follow + comment GLOW and I’ll send you skincare tips + the exact NAD I use.

Nothing complicated. Just real, nourishing food I actually enjoy eating — and can make without spending hours in the kitchen.

Here’s what I ate today 👇

🫐 Breakfast — Collagen Berry Bowl
▪️ Full-fat Greek yogurt
▪️ Vanilla protein + collagen
▪️ Mixed berries
▪️ Chia seeds
▪️ Walnuts + cinnamon

🥗 Lunch — Salmon Power Salad
▪️ 150g salmon
▪️ Big handful of mixed greens
▪️ Avocado
▪️ Cucumber + cherry tomatoes
▪️ Olive oil + fresh lemon
▪️ Handful of pumpkin seeds

🥩 Dinner — Turmeric Beef Bowl
▪️ 160g lean beef
▪️ Roasted sweet potato
▪️ Broccoli + spinach
▪️ Ginger + garlic + turmeric
▪️ Olive oil + squeeze of lemon

One thing I’ve learned as I’ve gotten older: the basics matter more than anything.

Protein. Healthy fats. Colorful whole foods. Strength training. Sleep. And doing those things consistently instead of chasing the newest “anti-aging” trick.

But there’s also one morning habit that has stayed part of my routine: supporting my NAD levels. 🧬

I started looking into NAD because it plays an important role in cellular energy, and our levels naturally decline as we age.

It isn’t a replacement for eating well or taking care of yourself — I think of it as something I do alongside all of those basics.

Every morning, right along with breakfast. At this point, it’s just part of my routine.

The exact one I use is linked in my bio. 🤍

💛 Follow + comment GLOW and I’ll send you the exact NAD I use.
