It has to do with the state you’re working in the cost of living increase. That’s what they go off of. Some percentage some states will get a dollar. Some states will get $.45. It just depends. At the end of the day a raise is a raise. And you can always work somewhere else. Amazon is actually not a bad place to work when you compare it to other businesses. I have three kids and the health insurance here is beyond exceptional. And the fact they completely paid for my bachelors degree spot on.
