YES but honestly, I’ve learned in my 30s that, if you want life to feel like that, you HAVE to romanticize EVERYTHING. Wear cute outfits every day, do your hair and makeup, get cute coffee cups and work accessories, listen to your favorite music during the day, have fun things to rush to after work. Corporate life can feel this way but unfortunately it takes a good amount of effort lol.

A lot of ppl are saying you have to make it feel this way but I think the biggest difference is there is this impending doom with a lot of corp jobs and the “you’re replaceable” mentality they push. So many people live paycheck to paycheck if you lose your job you’re fucked. So it’s kinda hard to have “whimsy” when you fighting for your life lol

Well baby steps after work go buy your favorite e flowers and place it in your home. And another day take a random fun class in the city. Grab some dinner after work and change your outfit for the occasion! Change in mindset always does help!

i DO live my corporate job like that. you have to live your life to the fullest and not care abt nobody but ur self. get ur coffee before work, wear cute outfits, accessorize, learn your job and get good at it, know ur strengths and cling to them, make the most out of ur every day and be happy and you literally will look just like them.
