I'd recommend stop expressing her nipples because you are stimulating them which her body will think its puppies so it will keep producing milk

Phantom pregnancy, leave her belly alone , try not to touch it , you can get meds that help dry up the milk but she should come out of it by herself mine get them x

Vet tech here, if she’s not pregnant and she isn’t spayed then it’s most likely a false pregnancy. It’s most likely hormonal and will subside however keep an eye out for discolored discharge and if there are any mammary glands that feel hard or swollen she needs to be seen by a vet. You’re an amazing dog owner!!!

Lots of comments saying take her to a vet… *read the caption*! There is nothing wrong with posting on TikTok, you never know who’ll see this and recognise symptoms in their dog because of it. This could end up saving someone’s dog from having cancer further down the line. Thank you for all the informative comments and advice! It can be a phantom pregnancy but in rare cases it can be cancer. They both need to be treated so go to the vet.
