Or relocate!! I moved to Dubai and have been teaching here for 2 years. It’s hard for sure but the quality of life compared to UK is so much better. We also have half day Fridays, school finishes 11:30am! xx

This really stopped me in my tracks. ❤️I think sometimes people are so quick to blame teachers when actually so many of you are doing everything you possibly can within a system that seems to be putting more and more pressure on both teachers and children. Hearing a teacher actually say this out loud really hit home. You can have wonderful teachers and wonderful schools and still recognise that something within the wider system needs to change. ❤️
