Used them once. Never again. Books for a wedding in KY - Called to confirm (with conformation) - They had no record. Wouldn’t “rebook me” — THEN charged me a NO CALL NO SHOW when I didn’t “show up” — Never. Ever. Again.

Omg I once booked a hotel through them across the country and when I got there the hotel had been shut down for what looked like a long time! I had to find another one in the middle of the night! Took forever for a refund! Never again!

Omg, I’m in a nightmare with Booking.com right now!!! They own me a refund. You would think this would be an easy process but NOOOOO! Everyone wants your money but when it time they own you money it’s delay after delay! Never use them again!!
