Girl I drank an UNHEALTHY amount of tequila in the run up to me finding out I was pregnant! 😅😅 I was convinced my baby was going to come out wearing a sombrero but she’s now 14 months old and she’s fine haha l, also when it comes to food personally I didn’t avoid everything I just ate in moderation, it’s mostly to do with mould and part cooked, like steak, as long as it’s hot through and certain temp to kill bacteria it should be fine, and cheese Camembert you can have as long as it’s baked and don’t eat the mouldy skin.
