Como si en algún momento tuviéramos que llegar a un punto en el que eso que pasó ya no nos afecte nunca más. Pero quizás sanar no tenga tanto que ver con soltar, sino con actualizar. Con poder mirar algo que alguna vez dolió y descubrir que, aunque sigue formando parte de tu historia, ya no determina lo que está pasando hoy. Porque no todo lo que aprendimos sobre el amor, el abandono, el rechazo o nosotros mismos sigue siendo verdad. Y quizás parte de sanar sea justamente darle a nuestro cerebro y a nuestro cuerpo suficientes experiencias nuevas como para que puedan aprender algo diferente. No tenés que borrar lo que pasó. No tenés que dejar de recordarlo. No tenés que demostrar que ya no te importa. A veces, simplemente, la vida sigue entrando. Y de a poco, aquello que antes ocupaba casi todo el espacio empieza a ocupar otro lugar. No porque lo soltaste. Porque ya no estás viviendo ahí. 🤍 ¿Qué pasaría si en vez de preguntarte “¿por qué no puedo soltar?”, empezaras a preguntarte: ¿qué parte de mí todavía siente que esto sigue pasando?”
