°❀.ೃ࿔* bake cinnamon rolls with me 💌✨🍮🍁🧁🍡💗 Recipe: •7g yeast •240ml warm Milk •3 tbsp maple syrup •1-2 tbsp honey •3tbsp melted butter •500g plain flour For the filling: •3-6 tbsp butter •3tbsp maple syrup •2-3 tbsp honey •lots of cinnamon •vanilla extract •splash of milk (optional) For the cream cheese frosting: •3-4 tbsp cream cheese •3-6 tbsp honey •vanilla •splash of milk Directions: Mix the yeast and warm milk - cover and rest for 10 minutes. Mix together all the ingredients for the dough, then kneed for 5-10 minutes. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let it proof for 1-2 hours. Roll the dough on a floured surface. Combine the filling ingredients and spread across the rolled out dough. Cut into strips and roll into swirls. Place into a greased dish, cover them and let them rest for 40 minutes. Pour a splash of milk around the cinnamon rolls (not over them). Bake in the over for 18-22 minutes. Top them with the cream cheese frosting.
