I always put a very thin layer of icing all over the cake as well that way if the filling is runny it does not soak into my cake and make it mushe

It tastes great but I'm always disappointed.. Because it just doesn't do what I want it to.. And I always follow the little recipes.. I've started practicing this month to try to prep myself for November.. Just.. Wanted some tips e.e

Will this work for whipped icing? I'm working on a cake with whipped icing but a strawberry filling. My last cake slid so bad.

Can you PLEASEEEE show me how to coat the cake please with IMBC ? Mine always have bubbles and they say to keep mixing with paddle for hours but when you don’t have enough bc to fill the whole bowl it creates even more bubbles 🥺 self learner here and no that much experience as a decorator, I’m more of a baker

I always level the cake first. At Publix we always sliced each layer and filled between each layer, not just two thick layers.
