I had it for a year & then the pods started exploding & getting coffee grounds in every cup. Make sure you register it with Ninja. This is a known, common issue with this model. Hope this helps.

When I cleaned mine with a pod cleaner now when it brews a cup of coffee from a pod it comes out with grounds in the coffee. Ugh I am angry

I don’t know if you ever saw the movie diary of a mad black woman but made a says you are label hoe you a coffee maker hoe this is totally a compliment because I’m right there with you. I have the Keurig that does 💜💜the same thing, but I love the slimness of the ninja. I might have to get this.😂😂
