I’m allergic to something inside the hospital 😐 I don’t know if it’s the dust or just dry but if I’m there multiple days in a row, my allergies get so bad! Normally if I have a fever and my throat feels strachy it’s a cold. Anything else, it’s allergies!

Typically if allergy meds don’t work, it’s likely a viral issue.

Take mucinex with expectorant during the day, and mucinex without it at night. Lymphatic massages, and take an allergy med daily. If you don’t feel it’s working, try one with a different active drug
