I work at a high level and always help, however, they refused to promote me twice and tge two people that were are idiots and immature. Now they have to translate all the paperwork and I reroute anyone that comes to me to management. They're now seeing what I do and now I'm in a I don't give a shit mode!

I completely disagree unless it’s a new company. I always work with the attitude to make myself irreplaceable and let my boss know how much harder his job would be without me. Helps when asking for a raise. I make it so they cannot run their business without me…
