Wondering if what you’re consuming is high FODMAP foods or if you have SIBO on top of all the other issues? If the former there is an enzyme called FODZYME that’s helped me and SIBO of course needs major antibiotics (sometimes two rounds). Also just wondering if you can take digestive enzymes even though you don’t have a stomach…I’m sorry you’re constantly going through this pain. ✨

I am so sorry you’re not getting better outcomes. I don’t understand why they just don’t do surgery to remove the partial blockage. Sometimes things are worse than the CT or MRI shows - I get wanting you to put on a few lbs first but dang, you can’t do that if you can’t eat???
