The way i would THRIVE in Europe. My normal dinner time is 8-10pm. Stayed with some friends last week who eat at 530 and they way i was starving to death by 10 lol

Fun fact: this varies even within Italy itself, along the north/south axis. The further south you go, the later we eat! The difference can be up to 2 hours! Dinner time can be 7.30 on the Alps and 9.30 in Sicily

I just cane back from Spain and called to make a reservation at 7 pm I heard the giggle on the phone when they said we don’t open until 8:30pm 😂😂😂
