That building is 10 world trade and it’s a mystery at the moment (appears mostly or totally vacant). Back when I was your age, the seaport was all parking lots and a couple of seafood restaurants.

The Omni is beautiful, the mandarin oriental is pretty too. Not cheap but lots of high end hotels here
