Surveillance video captures the terrifying close call in Fort Worth as the car smashes through the wooden fence, hits a concrete pillar and sends chunks of concrete and large rocks flying toward the family's pool. A 2-year-old girl and her 5-year-old twin brothers somehow escape without being hit. Police say the driver lost control while speeding and was cited for reckless driving.
