Doctor, my dentist extracted my four premolars, and although the gaps have now filled in, I am still wearing braces. However, my palate has become narrow, my entire bite is ruined, and my jaw has recessed. Please tell me what I should do so that my side profile can be improved.?😭

My 9 year old and 3 years old both clenching and grinding, both have cavities, older one had 2 crowns. In Uk we only get basic dental care and we can't have private dentist. Its hell expensive. I'm extremely worried about them.

Question, why dont you save up and get surgeries to widen and push forward the pslate and jaw? Do you plan to? Or is a solution impossible after extractions?
