The furious father of a three-year-old soccer prodigy has claimed his son was kicked out of a Florida youth league after an official called the police - all because he was too good. In a remarkable video shared widely on social media, the father of toddler Nevada - who boasts over 400,000 followers on TikTok - alleges that rival parents complained because he wasn't passing to his teammates during a recent match. Filming the scene as cops arrived the man can be heard saying: 'They called the police on a 3-year-old because he is too good. 'They called the police on a 3-year-old because he has the ball for too long. And nobody else can get the ball. So, they called the police on him.' In footage from the game, Nevada can be seen dominating the i9 Sports competition in Winter Park, Florida. The boy's family later returned to social media in a follow-up post to claim that the soccer starlet had been kicked out of the league following the remarkable ordeal. They shared a screenshot of an alleged email from i9 Sports which seemingly confirmed that a refund for the '2026 Fall League' had been processed. Winter Park Police have since confirmed the truth behind the viral ordeal, revealing that a league official called 911 to attend to a 'disturbance on the field'. Authorities confirmed to The Daily Mail that, upon arriving at the scene, responding officers informed the parties that the dispute was a civil matter and no further action was taken. Police also noted that the parents were 'cooperative' and left the field without further incident. It's unknown whether Nevada was allowed to continue playing on the day. Meanwhile, the youth sports organization at the center of the controversy also released a formal statement as public backlash mounts over the incident. In comment provided to The Daily Mail, i9 Sports said: 'We are aware of concerns being shared regarding an incident at a local i9 Sports program, and we take them very seriously. 'The respectful treatment and well-being of every child and family matter deeply to us. We have reached out to the family and have begun a review that includes speaking with those involved. 'While we work to understand the circumstances, we will not speculate or share unverified information. We appreciate everyone who has brought their concerns to our attention.' The incident quickly caught attention on social media, with popular children's influencer Ms Rachel sharing a post about it to her six million followers. On Instagram, she wrote: 'I’m LIVID! Please sports people give him all the experiences and love. @nevadaney10 We’d love to have him on our show to share his amazing skills. I need sports people to show up for him.' #Soccer #futbol⚽️ #sports
