im nosy, and went and looked thru the Airbnb link for this house. holy cow its GORGEOUS. im so sorry this happened. im a big fan of accepting communication from a guest like "hey! so sorry, a knob fell off a cabinet, we tried to fix it but couldnt, it is on the table." cool. no problem. but this.... this is criminal.

and here i am a mother of 3 that can barely afford taking my kids on vacation and have to stay in shitty hotels because people like this make airbnb prices go up so high. the few times i’ve stayed in one i left it exactly how i found it & even wrote a big thank you note for the owners & made friends with the cleaners. i’m so sorry for you. this is such a beautiful home. 🤍

We stayed here in December of last year! We hosted a murder mystery dinner for my sisters 40th birthday it was the perfect setting!! So sorry this happened to your place :/ such a beautiful space and also super friendly host!
