For mirrorless always use servo. There is no point in other modes in 99% of scenarios

Why not back button focusing? You get both at the same time. I personally find it easier focusing with a separate button. That is if the camera supports it, my previous one didn't xd

do you also have one for mobile phones? in my case a samsung s24 fe. in some places cameras are too expensive for even just a single cheap professional camera
