I just saw another TT where a nursing home in NY uses the "100 first dates" method of videotaping a good morning video telling them where they are, that they are safe and loved and show people they love on the video to reacclimate every day and to play whenever those questions pop up again. I love all of this. this app you spoke of is indeed a game changer❤️🙏

My grandmother has early onset dementia. She also has stage 4 liver cirrhosis. She is very confused a lot, and I think this would be wonderful for her. She’s still able to use her cell phone right now and I find that texting her pictures of my kids once a day really keeps her spirits up.

I worry about someone using this TV for nefarious reasons if someone can remotely access the camera on the TV. What if someone puts this TV in the bedroom of an Air B&B? This sounds like a useful thing, but could be bad in the wrong hands

This made me tear up! Knowing she was able to enjoy a moment watching your daughter, you were able to be present for your daughter, and you were able to help your mom be comfortable physically and mentally gives me SO much hope for what’s capable 🥰 that’s honestly so special and sounds like it can really help with the caregiver burnout!

the only tech solutions that I think are helpful for people with dementia are ones that can be controlled remotely by a loved one. This is why I loved the Raz Mobility phone for my dad
