Steve the hair Harrington!!!

ꜱᴏʀᴋ :

As much as I didn’t want Steve to die, I honestly think the finale would’ve had more emotional weight if at least one major, beloved character had actually died. The final battle was huge, but almost all of the main characters made it through, which lowered the sense of danger and consequences. Steve even had a near-death moment, but ultimately survived. I hate saying it because Steve is one of my favorites, but having him or another major character make the ultimate sacrifice could’ve made the final fight feel more impactful and the ending more memorable. The stakes of a series finale should feel permanent, and I think the story could’ve benefited from a more devastating loss.
