What if the husband is violent and abusive physically mentally sexually during the divorce isn’t it safe if he’s asked to leave. This year in Northern Virginia there’s been at least two murder suicides of married couples in the marital home (upper middle class neighborhood ) with children present to see and hear . Justin and Cerina Fairfax . I’m just a few days ago…another one , Brandon and Lavinia Brown. I feel terrible for the children. They’re going to need therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder.

My ex falsely filed for a protection during our divorce. I was cautious and installed a video camera with no microphone at my home office where I used to sleep. Police served me a protective order and evicted me. I accessed my PC remotely to retrieve the videos which prove that I had no interaction with her during the alleged time when I threatened her. The judge cancelled the order at the next hearing. The sheriff would not file chargers for a false police report and left it to court. My ex used to be terrified of seeing snakes, even on TV or in a photo. We always avoided a certain entrance of the mall because there was a pet store which had snakes. All I did was get a little snake and put it in an aquarium container on my desk. She left the following day.
