One of the true crimes is that our poorest citizens live in homes that have poor insulation, air, gaps under doorways, single pane , glass windows, etc. which means that they’re heating and cooling is going to be far more expensive.

I got pregnant and was sick for 4 months and I used nothing in my house but my tv and when I got married I moved out but didn’t remove my lights yet because I was waiting for my lease to be up the next month and my bill was 600$ and I didn’t have anything in my house because I moved all my stuff out just never turned lights off I was going off on them

Ive been here for almost two months and they refuse to send me a bill? Im trying to pay my bill yet they can’t send me one… apparently they do this and they end up overcharging a ridiculous amt. idk how people are paying so much here. I’m from FL where my AC was ALWAYS ON 24/7 365 and it was only $70/month. I better not get a penny over that.
