I will never forget my patient like this!! He had bandaids on every finger and when I asked why, he said “I bite the skin off my fingers and put it between my teeth to chew on or protect them”😳 then the entire appointment he stared into my eyes and after said “you look like carry underwood”. I was SCREAMING INTERNALLY!!
