I see the point you're trying to make, but in the western world you guys are "black". in your mother country you can be habesha. Most people view anyone of African origins in the west as black. my girl is habesha but declares herself as a black woman

And for us Black people that’s why we have a mystique being Black, because black is our everything. It is the identity we built for ourselves, unfortunately we have allowed the term to be loaned out. No African (east,west, north) that was born Over There is Black. They are African. Black is our genealogy, Heritage, tradition, culture so on. You have to be it to get it. So you’re absolutely right. Habashas are NOT Black. And not all Black people come from the Atlantic slave trade a lot of Black people were already in the Americas. This topic is getting kind of old honestly. Black people do not care nor do we want you to be black. We have been stolen from enough. I think it would be better if you concern yourselves with the tribal wars going on in your own homeland.
